Duties and taxes
Happyology pays ALL import taxes and duties on your behalf. In the rare event that these charges are passed on to you, please contact us with proof of payment and we will reimburse you.
Order changes
We’re unable to amend or cancel orders once they’ve been placed. Please double-check your order details before checking out.
Missed deliveries / returns to sender
If a parcel is returned to us due to a refused delivery, missed pickup, incorrect address, or otherwise undeliverable, a £30 return-to-sender handling fee may be deducted from your refund (in addition to the original delivery cost).
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the item(s) for a refund, then place a new order for your preferred size/style.
